She is survived by her husband, Jim; two sons, Irving (Robin) Higgins, Lawrenceburg, TN, and Alfred Higgins, Lakeland, FL; five daughters, Carol Ann Chirinos and Debbie Garrison, both of Riverview, FL, Linda Olvera, Donna (Benjamin) Sanchez and Monnalee (Leonel) Montiel, all of Gibsonton, FL; three step daughters, Carrie Cutter, Tinamarie (William) Harrington and Chrissy (Brian) Schroeder, all of Syracuse, NY; brother, Ronald (Julie) Daly of Georgetown, NY; sister, Kathleen Vasquez (Jim Carter) of Mulberry, FL; two sisters in law, Winnie (Mel) Melton of Chittenango, NY, and Florence Knapp of Valrico, FL; 24 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
