CHICO After tabling several items due to time constraints earlier this month, the Chico City Council is expected to take action Tuesday on the annexation of the Chapman Mulbery neighborhood, a use permit appeal for a recycling business and waste franchising options. JEFFERSONVILLE, IN (WAVE) For years there have been stories and rumors of something hidden underneath a ballpark in Jeffersonville near the intersection of Mulberry and Chestnut street. Recently, those rumors were proven to be true when human remains were found buried under that park. Historians believe it is actually the old city cemetery that was not taken care of over the years.According to Jeanne Burke, the Clark County historian, as many as 350 grave sites could be under that ballpark.
