A noticeable number of empirical and methodological studies identifying factors which may affect perceptions of QoL have recently been carried out in populations of medical school students; however, there has been little research done on the undergraduate population. This study therefore seeks to investigate these factors; as the frequency of wellness behaviours, coping mechanisms, social supports, recent life experiences, and the subsequent effects on perceived QoL will be evaluated through an online survey study open to undergraduate students registered in the University of Windsor’s Participant Pool system. These findings will have many practical implications, as the identification of determinants and factors which influence QoL perception in an undergraduate population can be used by educators, counsellors, and health professionals to design interventions and implement strategies to enhance the physical, functional, social, and emotional well being of students on university campuses..
